Return and Refund Policy

Please read the full return and refund policy below.

How much time do I have to return an item?  

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to start the return process. 

What condition must the returned item be in? 

All return items must be in unused, as-new condition. 

All return items must be in the original packaging. 

How can I start the return process? 

Please fill out the Contact Us form.

Choose the “returns” option and be sure to include your order number. 

Our team will then contact you with more detailed instructions. 

Who covers the return shipping cost? 

For small items under 10 pounds / 4.5 kg = Buyer is typically responsible for the return shipping, depending on the reason for the return. 

For items over 10 pounds / 4.5 kg = Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. However, we can provide you with shipping labels (at a cost) to make the process easier.  

Duty Fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the refund.

When will I get my refund? 

You will get your refund after we receive and inspect the returned items. 

Valid Reasons for Returns

We gladly accept returns only in the following situations:

  • Defective or Damaged Product – The item arrived with a material defect or was damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect Item Received – The wrong product, size, or model was shipped.
  • Not as Advertised – The product does not match the description or images on our website.

Invalid Reasons for Returns

To protect against abuse, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the item.
  • Finding the product at a lower price elsewhere.
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Excessive or repeated return requests that suggest abuse of our return policy.
