How much time do I have to return an item?
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to start the return process.
What condition must the returned item be in?
All return items must be in unused, as-new condition.
All return items must be in the original packaging.

Who covers the return shipping cost?
For small items under 10 pounds / 4.5 kg = free returns
For items over 10 pounds / 4.5 kg = You are responsible for the return shipping. However, we can provide you with shipping labels (at a cost) to make the process easier.
Duty Fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the refund.
When will I get my refund?
You will get your refund after we receive and inspect the returned items.
