Warranty Policy

If it is determined by Alljeet, in its sole discretion, the item has a manufacturer defect in material, Alljeet will replace it with a new or equivalent item. 

If the item is discontinued, Alljeet will repair or replace the item with an item in comparable current market quality and price range. 

If the items cannot be replaced, Alljeet will provide store credit.  

The warranty does not cover any damages or defects caused by: 

• Normal wear and tear 
• Lost or stolen items 
• Intentional or accidental damage 
• Misuse and abuse 
• Not following the recommended maintenance and care instructions 
• Natural events such as (but not limited to) earthquakes, tornadoes, hail, windstorms, floods, blizzards, etc. 
• Improper cleaning; using incompatible cleaners, abrasives, harsh chemicals, pressure washers, etc. 
• Exposure to extreme temperatures 
• Any unapproved modifications
• Fading colour
• Improper assembly or installation
